🚚 ডেলিভারি শর্তাবলী ও নীতিমালা

1. গ্রাহককে অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে, পণ্য গ্রহণের পূর্বে অবশ্যই পণ্যটি ভালোভাবে যাচাই ও পরীক্ষা করে নিতে।

2. ডেলিভারি গাড়ি প্রবেশযোগ্য হলে পণ্য গ্রাহকের বাড়ি অথবা বাড়ির আঙিনা পর্যন্ত পৌঁছে দেওয়া হবে।

3. ডেলিভারি গাড়ি নির্দিষ্ট স্থানে পৌঁছাতে না পারলে, ডেলিভারি ট্রাক যেখানে পৌঁছাতে সক্ষম হবে, সেখানেই পণ্য হস্তান্তর করা হবে।

4. ফ্ল্যাট বা রুম পর্যন্ত ডেলিভারি প্রদান করা হয় না।

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে পণ্য গ্রহণের সময় সম্পূর্ণ মূল্য পরিশোধ করতে হবে।

6. গ্রাহককে পণ্য গ্রহণের সময় পণ্যের অবস্থা ও প্রয়োজনীয় অংশগুলো ভালোভাবে যাচাই করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।

7. ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর পণ্য সংক্রান্ত কোনো অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

8. প্রয়োজনীয় Fitting/Assembly সার্ভিসের ক্ষেত্রে সংশ্লিষ্ট সার্ভিস প্রক্রিয়া অনুসরণ করতে হবে এবং প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে সার্ভিস টিকিট তৈরি করতে হবে।

9. সার্ভিস টিকিট তৈরি হওয়ার পর ২–৩ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে বিনামূল্যে Fitting Service প্রদান করা হবে।

🔄 পণ্য ফেরত সংক্রান্ত নীতিমালা

ডেলিভারিম্যান উপস্থিত থাকা অবস্থায় নিম্নলিখিত বৈধ কারণে পণ্য ফেরত দেওয়া যাবে:

1. ❌ ভুল পণ্য ডেলিভারি হওয়া।

2. ⚠️ ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য ডেলিভারি হওয়া।

3. 📦 পণ্যের সঙ্গে প্রয়োজনীয় অংশ বা Accessories অনুপস্থিত থাকা।

4. 🌐 ওয়েবসাইটে ভুল তথ্য প্রদর্শিত হওয়া।

গুরুত্বপূর্ণ: পণ্য গ্রহণের পর উপরোক্ত বৈধ কারণ ব্যতীত পণ্য ফেরত গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।

🛡️ ওয়ারেন্টি নীতিমালা

1. পণ্যের জন্য ১২ (বারো) মাসের সার্ভিস ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য, শর্ত সাপেক্ষে।

2. ওয়ারেন্টি শুধুমাত্র Manufacturing Defect বা ব্যবহৃত উপকরণের ত্রুটির ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য।

3. স্বাভাবিক ব্যবহারজনিত ক্ষয়ক্ষতি, Wear & Tear, অসাবধানতা, ভুল ব্যবহার বা নির্ধারিত ব্যবহারের বাইরে ব্যবহারের কারণে সৃষ্ট ক্ষতি ওয়ারেন্টির আওতাভুক্ত নয়।

4. ওয়ারেন্টি সার্ভিস গ্রহণের জন্য গ্রাহককে সংশ্লিষ্ট Customer Service/Help Center-এর সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে।

5. ওয়ারেন্টি সুবিধা গ্রহণের সময় মূল Invoice/Cash Memo প্রদর্শন বাধ্যতামূলক।

6. পণ্যে কোনো Glass Component থাকলে তার ওপর কোনো ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য নয়।

📦 স্টক সংক্রান্ত শর্ত

স্টক থাকা সাপেক্ষে পণ্য ডেলিভারি প্রদান করা হবে।

নোট: পণ্যের Stock Availability-এর ওপর ভিত্তি করে ডেলিভারির সময়সীমা পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

📋 গুরুত্বপূর্ণ তথ্য

• 🌳 প্রাকৃতিক কাঠ ব্যবহারের কারণে কাঠের রং, Grain, Texture ও গঠনে সামান্য পার্থক্য থাকতে পারে।

• ✨ Natural Wood-এর ক্ষেত্রে সামান্য Minor Blemish বা প্রাকৃতিক বৈশিষ্ট্য থাকা স্বাভাবিক।

• 🛋️ Fabric/Artificial Leather-এর Texture ও Appearance কাঁচামালের প্রাপ্যতা অনুযায়ী সামান্য পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

• 📸 প্রদর্শিত ছবিগুলো শুধুমাত্র Illustration-এর উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে।

• 🎨 বাস্তব পণ্যের রং ছবির তুলনায় সামান্য ভিন্ন হতে পারে। Lighting, Photography, Camera Settings এবং Device Display-এর কারণে এই পার্থক্য হতে পারে।

🇬🇧 Delivery Terms & Conditions

1. Customers are requested to thoroughly inspect and verify the product before accepting the delivery.

2. Products will be delivered to the customer's house or yard, provided the delivery vehicle can access the location.

3. If the delivery vehicle cannot access the desired location, the product will be handed over at the nearest accessible point where the delivery truck can reach.

4. Delivery to individual flats or rooms is not provided.

5. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, full payment must be made at the time of receiving the product.

6. Customers are advised to carefully inspect the product and its required components at the time of delivery.

7. No complaints will be accepted after the delivery has been completed.

8. For required fitting/assembly service, customers must follow the applicable service process and create a service ticket where required.

9. Complimentary fitting service will be provided within 2–3 working days after the service ticket is raised.

🔄 Product Return Policy

Products may be returned only while the delivery personnel is present for the following valid reasons:

1. Wrong product delivered.

2. Defective product delivered.

3. Required parts or accessories are missing.

4. Incorrect product information was displayed on the website.

Important: Returns will not be accepted after delivery for reasons other than the valid conditions mentioned above.

🛡️ Warranty Policy

1. A 12-month service warranty is applicable, subject to the terms and conditions.

2. The warranty covers only manufacturing defects or defects in the materials used.

3. Damage caused by normal wear and tear, negligence, misuse, improper use or use beyond the intended purpose is not covered under warranty.

4. Customers must contact the relevant Customer Service/Help Center to claim warranty service.

5. The original Invoice/Cash Memo must be presented to claim warranty service.

6. No warranty is applicable to Glass Components, if any.

📦 Stock Availability

Product delivery is subject to stock availability.

Note: Product delivery duration may vary depending on product availability in stock.
